Shop Policies

Orders ship every Monday and Friday with the following exceptions:  It falls on a Federal Holiday or I am out of state vending at a show.  My page will have an announcement if there is a delay in shipping due to either of these circumstances.

All items are shipped from Maryland(USA) and tracking will be provided for every purchase.

Orders are shipped through USPS unless otherwise specified.

Average estimations:

USA (first class): 3 days-2 weeks

USA (priority): 2 days-1 week

Canada: 2-4 weeks

Refunds will be honored for items that are damaged through manufacturing issues within the first 30 days of purchase.  Exchanges for items are allowed with the buyer understanding that they will need to pay to ship original items back in their original condition to receive any new item(s). 

Please take time to look over your order when it arrives to make sure everything arrived safe and is in good condition.  If not, please reach out to us so we can help fix any issues.  If an item is missing, we will send out the missing item at no additional cost provided the item is still in stock.  If it is unavailable a replacement or refund will be made available.  

After 30 days, we will not be able to offer any refunds or replacements for any orders.

When you place an order for a Preorder item your entire order will be held until the preorder is fulfilled.  If you wish to have your non preorder items delivered before the preorder, please place separate orders so there is no delay in you receiving your non preorder items.

Preorder items are paid in full upfront and with a TBD shipping date in the items description.  If you have any concerns about your preorder please reach out to us so we can help you.  Updates for preorder items will be available on our shop page and our social media.

Information collected on this site is to be used for the sole purpose of fulfilling orders and will not be used by the owner of this site for any other purpose. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks, and the owner of this site is only able to see the last 4 digits of any card or payment method for identification purposes.
